- Language: Swearing, cursing, and inappropriate speech are not permitted.
- Prohibited Items: Alcohol, illegal drugs, and weapons are strictly banned. No smoking (including e-cigs/vaping) inside the store.
- Hygiene: Please maintain proper hygiene and dress appropriately.
- Gaming Lounge: Food and open containers are prohibited in the gaming area.
- Theft: Zero tolerance for shoplifting. All incidents will be reported to the authorities and result in a permanent ban.
- Pricing: Prices are non-negotiable; haggling with staff is not permitted.
- Floor-trading: Buying, selling, or soliciting cash/digital transactions between customers on store premises is strictly prohibited. One-for-one trading is encouraged. All commercial transactions must be mediated by the store.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from the premises who do not follow these policies. Failure to follow these policies may result in a verbal warning, removal from the premises, or a permanent ban at management's discretion.
