Return & Refund Policy

General Returns

• New Items: New, unopened items in original packaging (with factory seal/shrink wrap intact) may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. This includes board games, new video games, and new accessories.

• Pre-Owned Video Games: May be returned within 7 days for store credit only.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid sales receipt or digital proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Final Sale Items (No Returns/Exchanges) To maintain the integrity of our inventory and fair pricing, we cannot accept returns on:

• Collectible Card Game (TCG) Products: Includes all packs, boxes, and bundles (opened or unopened).

• Single Cards: All individual card sales are final.

• Pre-Owned Hardware: Consoles, controllers, and electronic accessories are tested before sale and are final sale.

• Clearance/Sale Items: Anything marked as "Clearance" or "As-Is."

• Media & Print: Books, magazines, and printed materials.

• Damaged Items: Any product with opened or compromised packaging.

Manufacturer Defects If you discover a manufacturing defect (missing components, printing errors, etc.) in a new product, please contact the game’s manufacturer directly. Most hobby companies provide free replacements for defective components. We can provide manufacturer contact information upon request.
